FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of over 250 veterinary hospitals, the full-time FP&A Analyst will produce monthly reporting packages, conduct variance analyses, and partner with various stakeholders to enhance financial decision-making in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support production of the monthly reporting package, including consolidated P&Ls and key operating KPIs
• Prepare variance analysis and written commentary on results versus budget and prior year
• Partner with Regional Directors and Managers on hospital-level performance reviews and operational deep dives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting experience; multi-unit healthcare or PE-backed roll-up experience preferred
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a 4-year accredited institution
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with large data sets and complex formulas
• Experience building EBITDA bridges and budget-to-actual variance analyses
• Working knowledge of a BI tool (Tableau preferred) and an ERP/GL system
