FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance division, the full-time FP&A Analyst will manage month-end reporting, partner with regional directors to analyze financial performance, and lead the annual budgeting process, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own month-end reporting, including model streamlining and regional P&L analysis
• Partner with regional directors to drive operational improvements and analyze financial performance
• Lead the annual budgeting process for site operations and enhance forecasting accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, including 1-2 years in clinical trials or healthcare
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for multi-site operations
• Strong healthcare finance experience with advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in NetSuite and Power BI preferred
