FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing SaaS business, the full-time salaried FP&A Analyst will build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting, while collaborating across teams to provide actionable insights and support budgeting and financial reviews remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the annual budget and rolling forecast, updating forecasts based on actual performance and market conditions
• Prepare materials for monthly financial performance reviews, analyzing budget-to-actual variances and packaging findings into actionable insights
• Calculate and track key SaaS unit economics metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in investment banking or comparable FP&A roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to build models from scratch
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another analytical field
• Experience with G Suite and exposure to financial systems, Salesforce, and BI tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
