FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Finance & Accounting team, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, assist in month-end reporting, and provide decision support through financial modeling and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the completion and management of the quarterly forecast and Annual Operating Plan, partnering with budget owners
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, performing variance analysis and account reconciliation
• Create and present reporting and analysis of financial results, driving the monthly Financial Review Process with department heads

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Masters/MBA/CPA is a plus
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, or Corporate Accounting, preferably in Consumer Applications or SaaS
• Expert knowledge of financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance concepts
• Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly Workday Adaptive Insights for financial planning
• Ability to analyze and consolidate financial results for reporting to C-Suite and Department Leaders
