FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time FP&A Analyst will analyze financial and operational data, build and maintain financial models, and provide clear recommendations to leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and projections to support planning and forecasting
• Analyze trends and drivers, explaining financial results against plans and expectations
• Partner with leaders across the organization to support planning conversations and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related analytical discipline
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to create models from scratch
• Working understanding of three-statement financials and their operational implications
• Proven ability to analyze trends and present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Openness to utilizing AI and technology to enhance financial modeling and analysis
