FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced, multi-unit business, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will build unit-level financial models, partner with business leaders for performance insights, and assist in strategic initiatives including M&A evaluation and post-close integration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning while maintaining unit-level financial models
• Serve as a trusted finance partner, translating financial results into actionable business recommendations and presenting analyses to diverse audiences
• Assist in strategic investment activities, including deal modeling and financial due diligence, while preparing monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or public accounting
• Prior M&A and/or private equity experience, including deal modeling and due diligence
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and audit complex models independently
• Experience with AI Modeling, SQL, and other BI tools is a plus
