FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the full financial planning cycle, the remote FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for a fast-growing business, producing management-facing reports and aiding operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly internal financial reviews and prepare financial reporting for the Board of Directors
• Assist in the annual budget build by collaborating with department owners to gather data and forecast spending
• Take on ad hoc analysis and automation projects to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience with large data sets and model building
• Exposure to NetSuite and HRIS or payroll systems like Rippling is a plus
• Familiarity with core FP&A concepts, including budget-vs-actual and variance analysis
