FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the fully remote FP&A Analyst will build and maintain financial models, develop KPIs and dashboards, and analyze business performance over a minimum two-month contract with potential for permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Own key components of monthly and year-to-date financial reporting across multiple business units and regions
- Build and maintain complex, formula-driven Excel models using financial and operational data
- Analyze financial performance and prepare clear financial commentary and executive-level reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in building complex, formula-driven financial models
- Strong experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools
