FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating closely with finance leadership and operational partners in a private equity-sponsored healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast
• Build and maintain complex financial models, including fully integrated three-statement models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or FP&A, preferably in healthcare finance
• Strong experience with Revenue Cycle analytics, reporting, and KPI development
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in three-statement financial modeling and understanding of financial statements
