FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing, AI-native finance team, the full-time FP&A Analyst will manage budget tracking, financial modeling, and forecasting while working remotely and gaining hands-on experience in advanced FP&A practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support budget tracking and financial modeling processes across various business lines
• Contribute to forecasting and rebudget cycles, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for leadership
• Develop and maintain financial models from scratch, documenting assumptions and structure clearly

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, financial consulting, or a related analytical role
• Demonstrable financial modeling skills with the ability to build models independently
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data structuring
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and the interconnection of financial statements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
