FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting core FP&A activities, the full-time FP&A Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, and budgetary assistance, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a hybrid work environment with two days of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and forecasting models, including long-term projections and annual budgets
• Assist in building financial models for new business initiatives and perform variance analysis
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics for internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or related role
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, CPG, or health and cosmetics industries preferred
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Oracle EPM Cloud or PBC forecasting tools is a plus
