FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while translating financial data into actionable insights for leadership and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes by preparing templates and analyzing financial outcomes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting materials that detail key performance drivers such as revenue, gross margin, and cash flow
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecasts, communicating key drivers and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, data analytics, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms like Power BI is preferred
- Analytical curiosity and attention to detail are essential
