FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting grant management and financial reporting, the contract-to-hire FP&A Analyst will manage grant budgets, prepare financial analyses, and ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage grant budgets, reporting, and compliance for various funding sources
• Prepare budget-to-actual reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Collaborate with Development on grant proposals and funder budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2+ years of nonprofit finance, FP&A, or grant accounting experience
• Experience with grant budgeting and nonprofit compliance
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
