Job Summary
To support strategic growth, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions will manage financial reporting, synergy tracking, and P&L accountability for acquired organizations, ensuring alignment between pre-close models and post-close operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the financial MBR scorecard for acquired organizations, reporting KPIs and variance explanations to senior leadership
- Build and maintain synergy models to quantify revenue and cost synergies, translating deal targets into trackable milestones
- Lead financial reconciliation at close, maintaining the 3-year P&L model and analyzing labor efficiency metrics in partnership with Operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience leveraging databases and dashboards for business decisions
- Fluency in SQL and Python/R
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Ability to compile and analyze large data quantities and create executive-level dashboards
