Job Summary
Owning the financial planning and reporting infrastructure, the full-time FP&A Analyst, Workday Adaptive will manage the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, partner with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting, and serve as the internal expert on financial planning systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, ensuring accurate data flows and system maintenance
- Manage expense budgeting and full P&L reporting, delivering forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership
- Serve as a financial advisor to department leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a SaaS or PE-backed business
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering Workday Adaptive Planning
- Demonstrated knowledge of ACV/ARR/SaaS metrics and full P&L ownership
- Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure for automated financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
