FP&A Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cohort models and growth analytics to understand business performance
• Partner with various teams to enhance commercial efficiency and develop business cases for strategic decisions
• Own core management reporting, ensuring timely delivery of KPIs and financial commentary

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar corporate finance role
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, including cohort analysis and three-statement modelling
• Solid understanding of how operational drivers impact financial statements
• Interest in transitioning to an operational role within a high-growth marketplace
