FP&A Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Business Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and actuals management for multiple teams within Global Operations
• Maintain accurate headcount forecasting and serve as a trusted partner to SVP stakeholders
• Build financial reporting for informed decision-making and perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Required Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of proven FP&A experience
• Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP
• Ability to present information confidently to various levels of seniority
