FP&A Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Business Partner to connect financial strategy with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior financial advisor, aligning strategic priorities with financial plans and actionable insights
• Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis for executive decision-making
• Develop and deliver enterprise-level performance reporting and financial analysis to inform strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related role
• Strong knowledge of Adaptive or other Enterprise Planning tools required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise financial systems like NetSuite or Salesforce required
