Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Business Partner responsible for forecasting, analysis, and strategic partnership with business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed forecast modeling to support annual and long-range business planning
• Provide insights on cost performance through variance analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with business operations on workforce planning and financial decision support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in finance, focusing on financial planning and analysis
• Experience in complex modeling and financial systems
• Knowledge of workforce planning and experience leading departments to targets
• Familiarity with Anaplan and financial reporting tools
