Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A/Commission Analyst responsible for calculating and processing sales commissions and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions based on approved compensation plans
  • Assist in the preparation and review of CARR/ARR reporting and perform reconciliations related to revenue
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate commission data and support financial planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, sales operations, or accounting/payroll
  • Prior experience in a SaaS company is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP and financial planning systems, including Salesforce and commission tools
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
