FP&A Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the 2027 budgeting process, the full-time temporary FP&A Consultant will focus on NetSuite data management, input consolidation, and template design while collaborating closely with the Director of FP&A in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and reconcile historical financial data from NetSuite, ensuring consistency with the budget framework
• Standardize and clean financial data across departments and locations for accurate budgeting and reporting
• Build and manage budget input templates for department leaders, ensuring ease of use and consolidation of inputs

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of FP&A, accounting, or finance operations experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite, including data extraction and reporting structure
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location financial data
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience supporting bottoms-up budgeting processes
