FP&A Director

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and driven, the remote FP&A Director will analyze financial data, build robust forecasting models, and provide strategic recommendations to guide decision-making processes while ensuring audit-level accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate key performance metrics and trends, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Build, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasting tools aligned with business objectives
• Lead the budgeting process by integrating financial trends, market conditions, and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis, preferably in tech or professional services
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with a keen understanding of data bridging techniques
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proven experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and ability to integrate data from different platforms
