FP&A Director

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and driven, the remote FP&A Director will analyze financial data, build sophisticated forecasting models, and provide strategic insights to executives while ensuring audit-level accuracy in financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate key performance metrics and ensure data accuracy across business units
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools aligned with business objectives
• Lead the budgeting process by integrating financial trends and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis, preferably in tech or professional services
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
• Proven experience with ERP and financial systems, and ability to integrate data from different platforms
