FP&A Director
Job Summary
Owning the global Financial Planning & Analysis function, the full-time remote FP&A Director will manage annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and performance management while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team and Board.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis
- Transform financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Lead investor relations and manage key Capital Markets and fundraising initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience, including 3-5+ years at the Director level
- 6+ years of experience in Retail, with a strong preference for e-commerce
- 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets and fundraising initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Proven experience managing and developing Finance teams
