FP&A Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A expert to serve as the primary strategic finance partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain the company's consolidated operating model and driver-based financial models
• Lead monthly close reviews and prepare budget vs. actual analysis for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Expert financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex, driver-based models
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting fundamentals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
