Job Summary

Enthusiastic and detail-oriented, the full-time FP&A Graduate will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while working remotely for a 12-month contract, contributing to strategic decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries
• Assist in the analysis of financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide insights for business decisions
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, learning the underlying processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• No prior professional experience required; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with a willingness to develop financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space, with a desire to learn about the financial services industry
• Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts gained through academic studies
