FP&A Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Lead to drive growth and operational efficiency through financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's three-statement financial model and long-range planning scenarios
• Lead monthly/quarterly budget vs. actuals analysis, managing variances with department heads
• Conduct strategic analysis on unit economics and operational data to inform financial strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or growth investing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or hardware-enabled software company
• Proficiency with modern FP&A and accounting tools and experience with large datasets
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA is a plus
