FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager - R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with the Cloud FinOps team to maintain financial projection models and manage business partner relationships
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and enhance decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, preferably in a private equity or fast-paced SaaS environment
• Experience supporting R&D or Engineering organizations with financial planning
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning; familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a plus
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional planning cycles and influencing strategic decisions
