Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, fostering a high-performance environment
• Oversee monthly financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting and storytelling of business results
• Drive the annual budgeting process and assist in implementing FP&A software to enhance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Experience in coaching and developing financial analysts
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business models and financial drivers
• Experience with financial reporting systems and analysis tools
