FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its Marketing Technology unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Tech
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, driving improvements in data quality and reporting
• Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis roles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience building dashboards and performance reports using modern BI tools
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with Prophix is a plus
