FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to support financial management of grants, ensuring budgets and forecasts align with funder requirements
• Track and analyze spending across grant portfolios, providing insights into budget utilization and financial performance
• Support compliance and reporting needs by providing financial analysis for grant-related reporting and audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles
• Experience in building and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) modeling skills and expertise in FP&A and ERP platforms
• Familiarity with GAAP, particularly revenue recognition and fund accounting principles
• Experience collaborating across functions and communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders
