FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for its R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the R&D organization
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Analyze and report on R&D spend, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, with 3+ years in a focused FP&A role
• Strong analytical and financial skills, proficient in financial modeling and budgeting
• Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Netsuite) and SaaS or cloud business models is a plus
• Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
• Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams is a plus
