FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager responsible for overseeing revenue, billings, and collections forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual plan and updated forecasts for revenue, billings, and collections
• Provide financial support to the People Experience team for the corporate bonus program
• Monitor performance against forecasts and support the monthly financial reporting process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or a related field
• Experience in the software or technology industry
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
• Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills
