FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager, Data and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across retail channels
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and capital allocation decisions
• Drive automation and optimization of Finance processes using advanced tools and platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods
• Proven track record of process improvement and systems implementation
• Hands-on experience with AI and workflow-automation tools
• Strong SQL for data extraction and transformation; solid grasp of GAAP and core accounting principles
