FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to Product and Engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and operational teams to develop functional roadmaps and key performance metrics
• Collaborate with business partners to maintain monthly headcount and expense forecasts
• Lead Monthly Operational Review meetings to assess performance and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience in increasingly expansive roles
• Knowledge of fundamental FP&A and financial accounting principles
• Experience building driver-based financial models
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all settings
