FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build dynamic financial models to support corporate finance and product pricing decisions
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide scenario modeling for fundraising or expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in consumer electronics or gaming
• Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Passion for gaming and emerging technology
