FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting and forecasting processes while providing insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning
• Analyze financial performance against budget and identify operational improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• BS in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong command of SaaS-specific KPIs (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV)
• Experience creating financial reports and dashboards
