FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial plans with business objectives
• Build and maintain the financial model and prepare financial reporting for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field from a top academic institution
• 2 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, preferably with live-deal assignments
• 1-3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally in high-growth companies
• Expertise in financial modeling and budget planning
• Experience influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders
