FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their leadership team in Eau Claire, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive financial strategy
• Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and manage working capital
• Build and present financial dashboards and models to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting; leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, D365)
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with reporting tools like Power BI or SQL is a plus
