FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale revenue/ARR models, ensuring financial logic consistency across products
• Collaborate with Data Science to refine predictive models and align forecasts with commercial realities
• Act as the financial advisor to Business Development and Sales teams, evaluating deal structures and partnership economics

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Finance & Strategy, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation of financial tasks
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data management across cloud data warehouses
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
