FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to support budgeting and forecasting processes and provide insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning
• Analyze financial performance against budget and identify drivers behind variances

Required Qualifications

• BS in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong command of SaaS-specific KPIs (MRR/ARR, CAC/LTV ratios)
• Experience creating financial reports and dashboards
