FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for business decisions and strategic planning
• Partner with leadership to translate company strategy into financial plans and own the budgeting and forecasting process
• Lead financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or startup FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
