FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly executive financial summary presentations and annual budget board presentations
• Analyze actual versus budget and present flux/trend analysis to business leaders
• Develop data-driven financial models for short- and long-range planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related fields
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle or ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, including forecasting models
• Ability to present data to senior management and business unit leaders
