FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to enhance financial planning and analysis through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and analyze performance against budgets
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and champion best practices in financial modeling

Required Qualifications

• CIMA qualified or equivalent
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience with Tableau or Looker reporting tools
• Background in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Technically adept with knowledge of sophisticated accounting systems
