Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to serve as a finance business partner to the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary finance contact for Sales leadership, providing proactive financial guidance and insights
  • Own the budget for the Sales organization, managing expenses and evaluating the ROI of Sales investments
  • Lead the revenue forecasting process and maintain dashboards tracking key Sales KPIs


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2 years in an FP&A or finance business partner role
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with planning tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analysis using BI tools and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of SaaS or B2B revenue metrics and sales compensation mechanics
