FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Lead preparation of management reporting packages and analyze operational and financial performance
• Act as a finance business partner to various teams, providing financial support for capital improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools, with NetSuite experience being a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
