FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager- GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Sales and Marketing to provide financial insights and influence investment decisions
• Develop and refine GTM FP&A infrastructure, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Design a GTM analytics framework and drive financial discipline within Sales and Marketing

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a high growth tech company, preferably supporting GTM functions
• Self-starter with a builder's mindset and high standards for accuracy and business judgment
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in complex operating models
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
