FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager- GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Sales and Marketing to provide financial insights and influence investment decisions
• Develop and refine GTM FP&A infrastructure, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Design and implement a GTM analytics framework, ensuring data integrity and operationalizing KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience supporting GTM functions in a high growth tech company
• Self-starter with a builder's mindset and high standards for accuracy
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills, with familiarity in SQL and other financial tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
