Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager for a long-term remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Anaplan models for international bonus compensation planning
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable model solutions
  • Conduct scenario analysis and provide insights for accurate compensation forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or compensation analytics
  • Proven expertise in building and managing complex Anaplan models
  • Strong understanding of employee compensation structures, particularly variable and bonus programs
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
