FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget development, forecasting, and performance management
• Provide financial insights and variance analysis in partnership with functional leaders
• Automate financial reporting and analytics using relevant software tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Office Connect
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
